Hey guys....so this post is a little bit different. I'm about to take a 3 week challenge (challenging myself) and do a juice detox starting tomorrow (11th November). For about 3 weeks I'll be consuming strictly juices made from fruits and vegetables for breakfast, with a salad for lunch and another juice for dinner. It's my effort to detox my body and (hopefully) shed a few pounds. I'm also hoping to kick the red meat habit and thought that this would be a great way to start. Hopefully I don't cave by the time this is done....I figured I'd post daily so that I'm accountable to 'someone' lol.
What about you guys? Anyone ever tried juicing? Or did a detox? Feel free to leave your tips here!
